The spa was so huge that I got lost trying to find my way out. The sliding doors to the lobby were like magic, making me feel like I was entering a fairytale. The hotel's history was so fascinating, I read more books than I ever have in my life.

Personally, I enjoyed every single second of my stay. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The Spa is superb it has beautiful views and excellent facilities. The staff were extremely efficient and attentive.

Our room was in need of a refresh I would say. It was a 'comfort' room but some attention on these rooms would be good as we were slightly disappointed having certain expectations from a hotel of this quality. There were only 3/4 english channels available on the TV, BBC1,BBC2 and Sports/News which for a 5 star hotel was unexpected

Fabulous hotel with fantasic views.

The Kronenhof Spa truly exceeded my expectations, with its expansive 2,000 m² offering a plethora of amenities. The lavish pool and children's pool were perfect for relaxation, while the wellness bath area allowed me to unwind. The various sauna options, including the Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and stone grotto steam bath, provided a rejuvenating experience. The saltwater grotto and relax floating-bath added a unique touch to the spa's offerings. The Kneipp footpath further enhanced the wellness experience, and the relaxation room with a fireplace provided a cozy ambiance. The fitness center, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, was a pleasant surprise.

The only minor drawback I noticed during my stay was that the hotel's overall ambiance felt a bit old-fashioned for a younger couple like us.

In all aspects a five star superior hotel. Friendly staff and great service. Palace-like Grand Restaurant with a daily four courses menu for only 35 Swiss Francs, which is a great value for money. Newly built swimmingpool and wellness. A lot of facilities for kids (water playground in swimming pool, kids restaurant, kids club with games and toys). If you book two nights or more you'll get a free Engadin Card from the hotel with free access to all mountain railways and cable-ways in the Upper Engadin.

The dress code in the Grand Restaurant for gentlemen is a dark suit. This is justly in the palace-like atmosphere. However, the hotel should maintain this dress code better.

The visit at Kronenhof exceeded our expectations. When searching on internet you see nice small pictures that don't give the real feeling when you see the design old fashion, Swiss typical, with excellent hotel and restaurant service. Definitively this is one of the best places where you can spent you vacation.

our recent stay in pontresina was made even more memorable thanks to grand hotel kronenhof. from the comfortable rooms and friendly staff to the amazing wellness facilities and delicious breakfast, everything exceeded our expectations. we especially loved the views of the mountains, forest, and glacier from the lobby, spa, and pool area.

Excellent staff: very friendly with remarkable attention to detail. Facilities are top notch: welness area with breathtaking views on the mountains. Beautiful lounge/dining areas.

Beverages in the restaurant could be priced more moderately.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hotel Kronenhof for a few nights and I can confidently say that it is one of the best hotels I have ever experienced. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The beds were supremely comfortable and the duvets were like thistledown light. The swimming pool, with its stunning view of the mountains and glacier, was a highlight, as was the spacious jacuzzi. The breakfast and dinner options were exceptional, and the half board option provided great value.

Would recommend this hotel.

It is an excellent 5 star hotel without 'hype' but all you want for a firsst class vacation!

We had an amazing experience at a world-class hotel with exceptional facilities, spa area, and food. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was perfect. The staff, especially Angel, Roman, and Nikita, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The half-board offer was excellent, and we even did a meal swap with another hotel. The ambience and culture created by the staff were outstanding. We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to our friends. This is truly the best hotel we have ever stayed at.
